How to Achieve Great Blood Test Results [Video]

Each year I get a full battery of tests done to see where my health is at and what adjustments are required (if any) to ensure that I am in balance and healthy. The most important levels to get checked for me are : B-12, Iron, Calcium, Cholesterol, PSA, Blood Sugar and PH. Here are my 2009, 2010, & 2012 results from both Blood and Urine test on a 14 hour dry fast.

    Just a simple question right now. When you put maca in your smoothie, how much do you use?

      haha funny timing as i just made a smoothie with maca!! so good. A – I use 2 large tablespoons. volume required will depend on stress load ie- work, personal, physical etc..

    Hey Jeff,
    I keep meaning to ask you if you were drinking water kefir and such to try boost your B vitamins since you mentioned you were tinkering with your diet and ended up taking supplements to make sure you had sufficient B complex. Also, any idea what your B profile was BEFORE you went raw? It would be interesting to see how the average meat eater measures up. I suspect there would still be deficiency.

    And finally, what is the B supplement you use and how did you settle on it?

      Hi Adrienne: I love the coconut kefir and drink that when I can find it. I also eat kim Chi and sauerkraut too which provides the friendly bacteria. As I have been vegetarian for 21 years I have no idea what my pre-veggy B levels were. Yes, my reading suggests that meat eaters are also low in B-12 and that myth of otherwise has since been de-bunked. Dr Gabrielle Cousens introduced me to the only live liquid B-12 Supplement.
