      Hi Sue: Thanks for your comment and opinion. When i weighed 175, my body mass index (BMI) was 25.8 which is overweight. Now at 140 my BMI is 21 which is in mid-range normal. When i was 175 i had chronic fatigue and could not get out of bed. i almost had to drop out of college. Today i exercise 6 days per week and even win the occasional running race. I recently visited several allopathic doctors and natural healthcare professionals for my annual check ups and not one of them thought i need to gain weight. As well each day people comment on how healthy i look and how vibrant i am. This never happened when i was overweight. I also eat 5-6 times per day and consume more calories than most people i know. I do appreciate your comments very much – jeff
