I agree with you about everything you said. I have started to mind my own business more. Getting active and exercising is no going to be imperative to building my body back up after being a sick vegetarian for so long. I knew I had to get off some meds that had side effects and had to lose some weight. I was pretty sick. I saw Angela Stokes on TV and after a while decided to send for her basic pamphlets. I went to Weight Watchers and paid for a year. I went about 3 times. The leader said two things that made a difference. One was that fruit was “free, that they knew how important it was, so even tho it was ‘high in sugar’ it was free. and the other was that she ‘had to have her butter’.” Neither statement made much sense to me and I never went back. Since I had heard of Raw Food, one night I just googled raw food and found a whole, wonderful community. I have lost 35 lbs., am off most of the meds, symptoms of illnesses have gone away and I feel really good. Now I need to get more exercise. I do some basics, but need more. I am afraid of falling so am on a quest to figure how to do it at home or join a gym of some sort. 7 months into this is time enough to be lazy. Thanks for what you do.
