I used to be very unhealthy because I was eating a bunch of stimulants like : Sugar, Oil, Salt, Fat, GMO, Processed, Packaged, Canned, Bottled, Cooked, Refined, Pharmaceuticals, Chocolates and more. Here is is why & how I transitioned from bad to better to best eating habits for me.
