    Hi , I got a question to do, how many calories i need per day if i got 122 pounds and my height is 1.54 cm my IMC is 23.2 and im doing INSANITY workout everyday, i started to eat raw vegan for 3 days and my workout too and im loose like 700 grams this days and consuming like 1800 calories per day . I hope you help to get out of doubt I Live in mexico and my city i dont know nobody to help me this way ,,,, Greetings!
