    An all fruit diet is not advisable for sure. I have seen healthy people on whole food vegan diets with raw and cooked foods. We can demonize cooked food, but that is ridiculous. Many healthy people all over the world eat cooked whole grains, beans and legumes, as well as some steamed vegetables. It’s all good, cooked and raw.
