    Great Wisdom, don’t compare yourself to anyone but yourself and never be harsh on yourself. Only positive thoughts and actions will bring the results you want.
    10K is hard to run, I ran 6.2 miles= 9.92 km in 56 minutes. But the weather condition was much nicer. (that was 5 years ago)…
