    A year ago in August, I announced to my family and all my friends that I had adopted the raw vegan lifestyle. I was 75% raw vegan at the time, then gradually moved up to 100%. I have been running, practicing yoga, exercising every day and now learning to meditate.

    My anniversary is coming up shortly, and I want to thank you, Jeff, for guiding and supporting me along this journey. With the debut of The Cool Vegetarian last October, I have continued to learn so much and venture into areas that I did not anticipate at the beginning.

    I don’t see myself ever going back to my previous habits. I remain to be your BIGGEST fan

    Vegetarian? After knowing Vegan I don’t think being a vegetarian is very cool. But I guess you won’t get much of an audience if you start using “extreme” words like veganism ;-).

      absolutely ! I believe that every little bit makes a difference and although i would love everyone to be a raw food low fat SOS free vegan who does daily yoga and exercise like me , its highly unlikely that everyone will go there immediately overnight if ever at all. the recent studies show that if everyone cuts animal consumption by 10% we can feed 100 million people each year and our health care costs decrease while productivity sky rocket. so for me i try to encourage whatever steps people can take today to make a difference and i recognize that it took me 21 years to evolve from my SAD lifestyle.
