I totally agree with each and every point you make. I am a raw organic vegan and I drink a daily green smoothie. I have a strong community to support me online and here on the home front. I drink plenty of water-pure, and since I’m a raw vegan get plenty of water that way too in the fruits and vegies I consume. Of course I do not consume animals and am very happy about that. R & R and sleep are very good points. Stress? I take it out on my cats of course! LOL As to fat % in my foods and type-of course plant based and it is minimal per caloric intake. Just enough and not too much.
