Alina Z (Zhukovskaya) is an award-winning, board-certified health coach, detox specialist, chef and creator of #1 Diet in America, as selected by Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. Alina’s unique approach to food says that creating a healthy diet is like choosing the fashions that fill your closet. To fit well, your diet has to reflect your unique personality and lifestyle.
